These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Dani Moreira Photography’s services. By booking a session with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Dani Moreira Photography’s services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Copyright and Ownership

All photographs taken by Dani Moreira Photography are the property of the photographer. Clients receive high-resolution digital copies of photos for personal use only. Reproduction for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Booking and Cancellations

• Booking: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. This deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations:

  • Individual Sessions: If you need to cancel your booked session and have paid a 50% deposit, half of the deposit will be refunded. This condition applies only if you have booked an individual session package. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session to be eligible for this partial refund.

  • Promotional Packages: For clients who book a promotional package combo, the deposit is non-refundable. However, should you need to cancel, the deposit can be used as credit towards future sessions. This credit does not expire and can be used at any time to book another session according to your convenience.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your session. We allow one reschedule per deposit, allowing you to find a more suitable time without any additional cost.

3. Session Policies

• Punctuality: Clients are asked to arrive on time for their sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened photography session to accommodate schedules.

• Preparation: Clients are responsible for their own grooming, makeup, and wardrobe. Professional services for makeup and wardrobe can be recommended upon request.

• Behavior: Respectful behavior towards the photographer and all parties involved during the session is expected at all times.

4. Usage of Images

Dani Moreira Photography reserves the right to use any photographs taken for its own promotional purposes, including but not limited to, use in portfolio, online advertising, and social media. Clients wishing for their images to remain private must request this in writing prior to their session.

5. Liability

Dani Moreira Photography is not liable for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties during the photo sessions. Clients will be responsible for their children and themselves and must ensure they follow all safety directions.

6. Delivery of Photos

Photos will be delivered digitally via a secure online gallery within 2-4 weeks after the photography session. The client will have access to download all the selected photographs.

7. Payment

Full payment for the photography session must be completed on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Privacy

All personal information received from clients will be kept confidential and will not be shared without consent.
